Industries

Heavy industrial, end to end.

Where the cost of an unplanned shutdown is measured in barrels per hour. Six industries we work in, day in and day out.

01
Refining

Crude, FCC, hydrotreating, alkylation, utilities.

Refinery scope is high-consequence and high-classification. Most of the work is inside the fence of an operating unit. Permits, gas tests, classified-area methods, and a respect for the operations team's schedule are the price of admission.

  • Power distribution to new compressor packages
  • Loop checks for control valve replacements
  • Substation switchgear retrofits during turnarounds
  • Tank-side instrumentation upgrades
02
Petrochemical

Olefins, polymers, intermediates, specialty chemicals.

Petrochemical units run continuous campaigns. The instrumentation has to be precise, the documentation tight, and the construction schedule aligned to the production schedule.

  • Reactor instrumentation packages
  • Compressor station electrical and controls
  • Polymer reactor cooling-loop instrumentation
  • Tank farm and intermediate storage E&I
03
Midstream & Pipelines

Pump stations, compressor stations, metering, pigging.

Midstream sites are smaller crews, more remote, and run by lean operations groups. The E&I scope has to be self-contained and the contractor has to be responsive.

  • Pump station starter and VFD installation
  • Metering and proving skid instrumentation
  • Pig launcher and receiver electrical
  • Cathodic protection rectifier installation
04
Tank Storage & Terminals

Crude, refined product, chemical storage.

Terminal scope is heavy on classified-area electrical and tank-side instrumentation. The truck rack, loading bay, and tank-side loops are where most of the work lives.

  • Tank-side level and temperature instrumentation
  • Truck-rack loading-arm controls and interlocks
  • Vapor recovery wiring and integration
  • Lightning protection and surge protection
05
Power Generation

Cogen, peakers, and plant-side power.

Power-generation electrical scope is medium and high voltage with tight outage windows. Substation, switchgear, and protection wiring are the core.

  • Plant-side substation construction
  • Generator and step-up transformer terminations
  • Black-start and emergency power systems
  • Auxiliary system motor and instrument wiring
06
LNG

Liquefaction and regasification.

LNG facilities are some of the largest and highest-classification industrial scope in the United States. We work in supporting roles on liquefaction and regasification facilities along the Gulf Coast.

  • Cryogenic-area instrumentation support
  • Truck loading and bay electrical
  • Tank farm interconnect electrical and instrumentation
  • Outage and turnaround support
